Electrolyte. Potassium Hydroxide KOH - 90% Purity, 500 g
The Electrolyte is important because it is what Hydrogen generators use to maintain the right voltage across the plates and to carry electrical current from plate to plate. They make the water a better conductor because pure water is an insulator. It will not conduct any current.

Pure water is rare. Most water contains minerals which are conductors. The more minerals, the better it will conduct. But when it comes to our hydrogen generators, we need to minimize or eliminate impurities in the water that pollute electrode surfaces and stop the chemical process of electrolysis.

The best electrolyte for HHO is Potassium Hydroxide - KOH:
- Produces more HHO than other type of electrolyte;
- Electrodes stay clean - non sediment electrolyte;
- Lowers the freezing point of water.

Technical grade 98% - This is the highly pure Potassium Hydroxide sullpied in the industry standard flake form. The 98% purity is the highest available for potassium hydroxide.

The Water Level Control System Indicates and stops the HHO gas production when the Water Level gets low in the Dry Cell Tank.

How does the Water Level Control System Works?
In the water tank we will install a water level switch that will send an electric signal whenever the water drops below a certain level. This electric signal will be connected to an alarm indicator light and to a 5 pin relay that will stop the H2 system from working. Please check the illustrative diagrams above for more information.
The indicator light can be installed in the Interior of your vehicle allowing you to see immediately when the water Level gets Low. Now you don’t have to stop at all the times to check the water level in your hydrogen generator.
The amperage in the H2 Generator system will remain stable and with a small variation of value.

MAF/MAP

In modern cars and trucks an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) controls the fuel injection using the information provided by several sensors. One of the most important sensors is the MAF/MAP (Air flow meter) installed in the air intake manifold.
For example, if the accelerator pedal is pressed further down, this will open the throttle body and allow more air to be pulled into the engine. The ECU will inject then more fuel according to the increase of air passing into the engine, in order to maintain the normal Air/Fuel ratio. The MAF/MAP is used to determine the air intake flow.
In modern diesels common rail trucks, to increase the fuel savings using the HHO tecnology, we need to adjust the signal coming from the MAP/MAF, using for this our electronic control box - MAF/MAP Sensor Enhancer. With this control box you can lean the mixture from the balance of air and fuel, which is factory set at 14.7:1 (14.7 parts of air to 1 part fuel), down to 20:1, increasing the fuel savings in cars.

Together with the correct selection of the HHO Kit, we advise the installation of the MAF/MAP enhancer control box in all modern diesel common rail trucks, Euro IV and Euro V.


EFIE-DCP

EFIE-In the early days of HHO technology, many trucks were unable to have fuel savings higher than 22,5% due to the strict parameters of their computer management systems. These trucks have electronic fuel injection with advanced ECUs (Engine Control Units with Euro modules IV and V) and some would simply not allow fuel economy to be improved beyond a certain programmed value.

As HHO technology advances, more trucks are now able to benefit despite these ECU limitations. The new Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancer EFIE-DCP is one of the newest products to address these problems and solve the limitations of many modern vehicle ECUs making possible now to have high fuel savings in the most modern trucks and cars.

What is a EFIE-DCP?
The EFIE-DCP is the most advanced electronic fuel injection enhancer (EFIE) in the market. It uses OBD Scan Tools allowing the control in real-time of the MAF/MAP sensor (airflow sensor) and two oxygen sensors (lambda sensors). With de Digital Control Panel you will be able to check the engine performance by looking at several parameters available:
Coolant temperature in degree Celsius;
Vehicle speed in km/h;
Engine speed in rpm;
MAF rate in g/s;
Oxygen sensor in voltage;
Fuel trim in %;
Fuel consumption gph in l/100 km.

Any regulations made in the EFIE-DCP can be instantly monitored by looking at the panel and the effect on fuel consumption evaluated. You will no longer need to be making regulations “blindfold” like in others EFIEs available in the market. This means higher fuel savings in your car or truck.

Additionally normal EFIEs just allow one possible regulation point causing some problems because when we are driving we are constantly changing the speed of the vehicule and engine performance. This single regulation position will never match perfectly the performance of your car causing problems because sometimes the engine light to be turned ON or resulting in poor fuel saving results.

To solve this problem our new EFIE-DCP has 4 programs available (4 regulation points) that will automatically be activated depending on the speed of the vehicle:
Program 1 - Speed below 40 km/h;
Program 2 - Speed between 40-80 km/h;
Program 3 - Speed between 80-120 km/h;
Program 4 - Speed above 120 km/h.

This means that when you start driving, the first program will be activated and will regulate your MAP/MAF and Oxygen Sensors according to a certain ratio (ex: 10% of signal regulation). When you increase your speed, the next program will be activated and start regulation according to the new driving conditions (ex: 20% of signal regulation) - Automatic Speed Regulation

All these features makes our new EFIE-DCP the most advanced electronic fuel injection enhancer in the market allowing the highest fuel savings possible using hydrogen technology.

According to your installation configuration you need to activate the sensors in order to be able to regulate and change the electronic injection. You may work with the following options:
3 sensors enhanced – 1 x MAF/MAP + 2 x Lambda sensors;
2 sensors enhanced – 1 x MAF/MAP + 1 x Lambda sensors;
2 sensors enhanced – 2 x Lambda sensors;
1 sensor enhanced – 1 x MAF/MAP;
1 sensor enhanced – 1 x Lambda sensor.

In the early days of HHO technology, many vehicles were unable to have fuel savings higher than 30% due to the strict parameters of their computer management systems. These cars have electronic fuel injection with advanced ECUs (Engine Control Units with Euro modules IV and V) and some would simply not allow fuel economy to improve beyond certain programmed values.
As HHO technology advances, more vehicles are able to benefit despite these ECU limitations. The new HHO EFIE Chip (HEC) is one of the newest products to address and solve the limitations of many modern vehicle ECUs.
With the new HHO HEC your fuel savings can go up siginifically. When using hydrogen gas as a fuel supplement, the HEC will adjust fuel delivery and timing to optimize efficiency. When HHO gas is disabled, the HEC will automatically re-adjust and switch to highly efficient, non-HHO enhanced maps.
What is a HHO EFIE Chip (HEC)?
The HEC is a chip, with a 200 mhz microprocessor, It utilizes its high speed serial input/output to communicate directly with the ECU through the OBD-II port It has been specifically developed and tuned for the needs of HHO generator equipped vehicles. The HEC is dynamic - which means the HEC will consider oxygen levels in the exhaust, along with engine speed and load, intake air temperature and volume, and many other variables to determine the most efficient fuel delivery rate and timing at up to 256 separate load points.

The HEC is a vehicle specific, custom programmed 20MHz Microcontroller. It utilizes its high speed serial input/output to communicate directly with the ECU through the OBD-II port.
The HEC is compatible with factory equipped Turbo/Superchargers, diesel engines, Flex-Fuel, & HHO supplement systems. It is NOT compatible with hybrid engine options, propane, or natural-gas.
How does the HHO EFIE Chip (HEC) Works?
Inside every ECU there is a three dimensional table of values called a Map. This table tells your fuel injectors exactly how much fuel to deliver based upon current air temperature, density, engine speed, throttle position, and other variables.
From the factory, the Map is generic and designed to provide a sluggish, no-surprises style of driving that suits a wide range of drivers. It is especially ignorant to the benefits of HHO systems and their ability to burn fuel at a much greater air to fuel mixture ratio than usual.
HHO EFIE Chip corrects this problem by providing a pre-programmed and highly tuned Map for the ECU to reference. The tuned Map contains a set of variables that directly allow a better fuel efficiency. When the ECU attempts to read specific factory settings, the Flash Chip patches the factory value with one from its tuned Map.
In this way, when the HEC Chip recognizes an HHO system is operating, parts of the factory Map are temporarily replaced with improved variables from the tuned Maps. This technique safely unleashes your engine's ability to use less fuel and it doesn't void the warranty.
And yes, it's easy to remove and restore the computer to factory settings when desired.

How to Install?
Simply locate the OBD-II port, connect the HEC Chip to four wires found BEHIND the port, and you're done. Bring the vehicle up to operating temperature and then press the reset button to start saving fuel.
Whats the difference between the normal Chips and the HEC?
The HEC is much faster than the regular Chip, which means faster & more consistent gains. The HEC also sports more memory than the regular Chip, so we are able to include more HHO specific coding.
Additional Information
Our HEC Chips do not work with hybrids, propane nor natural gas vehicles. Each unit is ready to install per the provided instructions.
The HEC is compatible with factory equipped Turbo/Superchargers, diesel engines, Flex-Fuel, & HHO supplement systems.
