Reverse Osmosis 5 Stage
|Category:||Reverse Osmosis (R.O)|
Reverse Osmosis systems are very well known for the production of the finest quality of water. 5 stage reverse osmosis systems are the most common reverse omsosis found in the market. The water passes through the filters and then is kept at a sterile storage tank, for dispensing via a special faucet mounted on the counter top.
Lets see how the reverse osmosis works.
|The Reverse Osmosis Five Stage Action
A 5-micron sediment filter removes particle, sand and rust.
A 10-micron compressed-carbon filter absorbs chlorine and undesirable taste and odors.
A second 10-micron compressed - carbon filter further absorbs chlorine and undesirable taste
A 50 GPD semi-permeable membrane (0.001 microns) filters the drinking water
A final granular activated in-line filter is used to further improve the water's taste.
After the above 5 filtering stages of the system the water is storaged in the water tank ready to be used whenever is needed through the opening of the faucet.
This reverse osmosis system has the NSF and FDA certificates.
